Gender

Gender matters. We believe strongly that our industry and our organization should reflect the mix of genders in society. Beyond our values, we know that mixed gender teams collaborate better and make better decisions. Through targeted development programs, training on unconscious bias, we are working hard to improve the gender ratio (gender mix) across Jardine Schindler Group. Our I&D Council and local operating companies’ management teams review our progress regularly to make sure we stay on track. The progress on I&D also communicated in Jardine Schindler Group Town Hall by our CEO. Our global equal pay initiative ensures that everyone receives fair pay for their role, no matter what their gender.
